So, my littlest sister started college on September 10. I went up there last weekend to help her move out of my parents' house. Because we are awesome, we pulled some last minute shenanigans to celebrate the occasion. The night before we moved all her stuff out, her and I stayed up and rearranged the kitchen. It was awesome.

There was actually a progression of things that went into the oven. First it was the toaster, then it was also the mixer, and the teapot, then we added two glass pitchers, which were also filled will all the silverware:

The phone got hidden in the refrigerator:

Some other useless things got put into the fridge too:

Then we took to the cupboards:

For extra fun, we gave the dog treats a new home:

Shnookie obviously approves.
First thing mom says when she goes downstairs on Monday morning is "Phil! The girls took my toaster!" Shnook and I are dying laughing in her room, and Dad responds, "Anna! You can't take the toaster." Mom was not amused, even though we left her this lovely note:

We had a good time, and mom did laugh about it later. Of course, you can't really blame her for being disgruntled. Nothing is very funny at 7 a.m. on the day that your youngest child moves out of the house. It was fairly hilarious at 1 a.m. while we were doing it though!
