Welcome to the longest week of my entire month. Technically, because of the way my work's payroll is set up, today actually counts for last week. However, also because of the way the pay periods are structured, I have to work until Thursday. So, that means I get to work five 10 hours shifts in a row. Ask me how excited I am about that. Go on, ask.
Okay, I'll tell you. I'm not.
I am, however, excited about the end of the week. Excited and stressed, already, because there is so much to do, and time to do it in is dwindling. The main problem is that I love Halloween sooooooooo much. And the decoration plans I have for mi casa may be a bit more grandiose than I will be able to pull off (and, for that matter, afford), but I am formulating a plan to make it work. And it will work, even if it's not to the degree I see in my head. It's going to be awesome.
So anyway. It's getting cold. I miss summer. Good thing I have this to get me through.
If you on the shore, you sure aren't me-o.

It's That Time Again
So, the truth is that I LOOOOOOOOOOVE Halloween. It is my favorite holiday BY FAR. This is the first year of my adult life that I have been able to spend as much money as I want and decorate exactly how I want. Hence:
Isn't he amazing? So fabulous! He might just become part of my regular decor because he is so awesome. What's even more awesome is the hat I found for my costume, which is going to be killer. He fits it pretty nicely:
I also really love window markers. They are seriously the best gift I've been given in a long time! Only problem is that my dryer doesn't vent outside, so it gets really humid in my house while the laundry is being done. Low and behold:
Window markers run. In case you were wondering. It was a cat, with the moon, and some tree branches, and there was a bat hanging from one of the branches. Basically, it was awesome. Now it's ruined. You would think I'd clean it off, but I haven't. My sliding glass door still looks like that...because that's how I roll.
