So, you remember this condo in Holladay that is changing their pet policy? Well, my loan officer is going to be able to get the loan arranged by June 1 (yes, that is 18 days away), so that I can take possession on that day and be grandfathered into the pet policy changes. So I put in an offer last night, and they have until 5 p.m. today to accept or decline. I really don't think they'll decline. I offered them full price and asked them to pay the closing costs. I don't really know what to feel at this point. I'm hopeful (I love the unit, after all), but I'm not letting myself be too hopeful at this point. If they accept the offer everything is going to happen really quickly, which is awesome, but is going to be stressful.
In other news, my roommie got a bunny rabbit last night. She's adorable. Candy Cane doesn't really know what to think of the addition. Pictures to come.
