The Next Book I'm Going to Read

In my random wanderings and readings at work today, I came accross this article about a new tell-all by Scott McClellan, former press secretary to the Bush White House. I think it will probably be a very interesting read. The White House has come out and said that McClellan is nothing more than a disgruntled ex-employee. I realize that the book isn't going to be completely unbiased--if at all--but I still think it will be interesting to get an insider's account of Bush's inner culture and workings. The book, titled What Happened: Inside the Bush White House and Washington's Culture of Deception (that's not a mouthful at all...), was scheduled to be released next Monday, June 2, 2008, but due to the media hype machine, its released was bumped up to today. If I had known that before I got home, I would have stopped at Barnes and Nobel on my way out of work and picked up a copy. That will be tomorrow's project...
